William F. Fitzpatrick – Of Winchester, formerly of Somerville, passed away after a long period of declining health. He was just 53 years old. Born in Cambridge and raised in Somerville, William was the beloved son of the late William R. Fitzpatrick and Margaret Sally-Meaney and loving stepson of Donald Sally.
William loved the game of golf. Whenever the opportunity arose, you could find him on the course enjoying a day on the greens. He also had a passion for traveling. Whether exploring somewhere close to home or venturing abroad, every trip brought him happiness and the chance to create lasting memories. Above all else, William cherished spending time with his family and friends. He often said that his friends were an extension of his family, a reflection of the deep bonds he formed throughout his life. He will be remembered for his warm heart, loyal friendship, and the joy he found in the company of those he loved.
Beloved brother of Patricia Fitzpatrick of Woonsocket, RI and Diana Fitzpatrick and her companion Erik Moore of Webster. Loving uncle of Katie Rousseau and her wife Angela of Spencer, Gianna Moore of Webster and the late Marissa Fitzpatrick. Cherished nephew of Billy Meaney and his wife AnnMarie and Theresa J. Dinicola and many late aunts and uncles. He is also lovingly survived by many loving friends, cousins and extend family members.
