Bonnett, Violet A. (Barry)- Lifelong resident of Somerville, passed away with her husband by her side on Sunday, February 26, 2023. She was 80 years old.

Born and raised in Somerville. She was the beloved daughter of the late Alphonsus and Bernice (Nolan) Barry.

Violet was the beloved wife of 64 years to Robert "Bob" Bonnett. She was the devoted sister of Bernice Reiss of Tewksbury, William Barry of Kansas and the late Richard Barry of Derry, NH.  She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and friends.

A Funeral Procession will be held from, the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville, on Friday, March 3rd at 9:00AM, Followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Catherine of Geona Church, 179 Summer St. Somerville, at 10:00AM.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, March 2nd from 4:00PM to 7:00PM.

Services will conclude with interment held at, St. Paul Cemetery, Arlington.
