Stephen T. Wright - A life long resident of Somerville, passed away at his home on Saturday, September 26, 2026. He was 67 years old.

Born in Everett and raised and educated in Somerville, he was the beloved son of the late Rose J. (Foley) and John F. Wright.

Stephen was a simple man who found joy in the little things in life. He was kind, caring, and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Stephen will be remembered for his gentle nature, generous heart, and the kindness he showed to those around him.

He is survived by his loving siblings Deborah Fallon and her husband Kick, Robert Wright, Kenneth Wright and his wife Margie, James Wright and the late John Wright. The former husband of Kathleen Wright and their son Shane. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours will be held on Wednesday, October 7th in the George L. Doherty Funeral Home 855 Broadway Somerville from 4:00PM to 7:00PM.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

A prayer service will be held Wednesday evening at 6:30PM.

Interment will be private. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Stephen's name to the American Cancer Society.
