Sabina Miller of Somerville, formerly of Newport, R.I., died peacefully at her daughter's home in Greenville, South Carolina, surrounded by her family.
Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, she was raised and educated in Somerville. Sabina was predeceased by her parents, Mary and Alexander McWatters.
Sabina was the beloved wife of the late Earl L. Miller and the late Robert Cronin. Sabina was the loving mother of Mary Cronin and her husband, Marc and the late Robert Cronin. Cherished grandmother of Brian Cronin and his wife Jen, Patrick Cronin and his wife Liz and loving great grandmom of Shaelyn & Collin Cronin.
Sister of the late Robert McWatters and his wife Florence (who was her best friend). Also, leaving behind many nieces, nephews & cousins.
Sabina was a resident of the Little Sisters of the Poor apartments for 15 years. She made many friends, both staff and residents, who became her second family. She graced the lives of many with her gentle spirit, faith and generous heart.
Sabina's love of all animals was a source of joy throughout her life. She was faithfully generous to many animal rescue organizations during her entire life. Sabina always had a pet beside her until she passed.
May the memories of her beautiful spirit continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Visiting Hours will be held privately.
A private burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Sabina's name to Alzheimer's association
