HANLEY, Rosemary (Murphy) - Of Somerville suddenly June 22, 2022.

Beloved daughter of the late Catherine Murphy.

Sister of Kathleen Lyons. Also survived by many loving neices, nephews and cousins.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Rosemary, Wednesday, June 29, 2022, in St. Clement Church, Somerville at 11:00.

Family and friends are kindly invited to meet at Church.

Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.

Rosemary was a graduate of Emmanuel College a Master's Degree in Library Science. She had been employed by the main branch of the Boston Public Library and subsequently employed by the main library of M.I.T.

Rosemary was a book loving, cat loving, teapot collecting woman, she was also proud to be Irish, proud to be Catholic and proud to be a Hanley.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rosemary's memory to the MSPCA, 350 South Huntington Ave. Boston, MA 02130 or St. Anthony Shrine, Boston.
