Belski, Robert J. - Of  Somerville, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 after a brief illness. He was 65.

Born and raised in Somerville, he was the beloved son of Madeline (Lane) Belski and the late Robert F. Belski. Bob was a fantastic cook. His cooking skills paved way for him to have a successful career in the culinary industry. He loved to watch others enjoy his meals because it brought joy and happiness to him. He also was an avid Yankees fan. Whenever there was a game, you could find him on the couch cheering on his team as if he was in the band stands. Bob enjoyed a good story, whenever someone would tell a story, he enjoyed describing every detail of the story. He was a lifelong member of the Linden Ave Group.

Devoted brother of Paul Belski and his wife Susan, John Belski and his partner Mark Filippone, Maureen (Belski) Malone and her husband James, Dianne (Belski) and Fran Plunkett, James Belski, and his wife Joan, and Stephen Belski and his wife Kerry. Cherished uncle of Richie, Tyler, Meghan, Shannon, Emily, Ryan, Caroline and Abby. Dear former husband and best friend of Sherri (Stoffer) Belski. Also lovingly survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Calling Hours will be held in the George L. Doherty Funeral Home 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) on FRIDAY, May 10th from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. Followed by a prayer service in the funeral home at 12:00PM.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
