Adams, Robert E. - Of Rindge, NH formerly of Somerville, Providence, RI and Florida.  passed away on July 1, 2024. He was 75.

Born and raised Cambridge , he was the son of the late Robert E. and Maria T. (Thomas) Adams. Bob was quite the traveler and a knowledgeable person! His love for driving and exploring from New Hampshire to Florida must have allowed him to see a lot of beautiful scenery along the way. His fondness for yard sales and casinos suggests he enjoyed both the thrill of finding unique items and a bit of excitement. It's impressive that he was also the go-to person for family history information. He was quite well-informed about his family's background.

He was the devoted son of the late Robert E. Adams and Maria T. (Thomas) Adams. The beloved brother of Jean M. Adams and her partner Alan Davenport of Rindge, NH, David E. Adams and his wife Mary of Salem, NH and William Adams and his wife Karen of Medford. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling Hours will be held in the George L. Doherty Funeral Home 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville on Wednesday July 24th from 10:00AM to 11:30AM. Followed by a prayer service in the funeral home at 11:30AM.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
