Irene Doris (Gobiel) Livernois  93 years of age  passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 in San Diego, California (Formerly from Franklin, NH)

Irene was born in Cambridge, Mass on April 29, 1929 as the eighth child of fourteen brothers and sisters born to Joseph and Jennie Gobiel (All Deceased) leaving one surviving younger sister Frannie of Mesa, Arizona.

She was the Beloved wife of the late Anthony Livernois Jr.

Irene is survived by her daughter JoAnn (Husband Darryl) of San Diego, Ca

Son Michael of Nashua, NH and her late daughter Debra (Son-in Law Eddie)

Nana Irene was so Proud of all her eight loving Grandchildren.

Nick, Eddie B, Chris, Matthew, Kami Lee, Kari, Lori, Amanda.

She was blessed with eleven Great Grandchildren whom she adored,

Peter Michael, Aliana, Liliane, Brianna, Arianna, Gianna, Bella, Troy, Riley,

Rylan and Ripley Jean.

She was also blessed with a loving Great-Great Grandson-Anthony

Irene known as Mom, Nana, Auntie, and (Grandma by her loving caregivers  and fellow residents at Silver Tree Villas in Escondido, Ca for the last three years) was very much loved for her great energy and funny stories. She loved Bingo, puzzle making, playing cards and singing and dancing of course!

She left a wonderful mark wherever she went and will always be in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life/94 ^th Birthday event will be held for her on April 29, 2023  (Site TBD)

A visitation viewing will be held on Thursday, January 19 ^th at George L. Doherty Funeral Home

855 Broadway (Powder House Square) Somerville, Ma from 3:00pm-7:00pm

No church services will be held.

Burial Services will conclude on Friday, January 20 ^th at 12:30pm where Irene will be laid to rest with her Beloved husband at Massachusetts National Cemetary in Bourne, Mass.

All Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
