Eleanor M. Mitrano (Fustolo) of Arlington passed away peacefully on October 2, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Vincent Mitrano and a devoted mother to Frank Mitrano of Arlington, the late Vincent Mitrano, and Roseann Mitrano. Eleanor was the cherished daughter of the late Cosmo and Rose (Camelio) Fustolo and a dear sister to Gilda Ferreira of Sudbury, the late Costanzo Fustolo, and Jean Clark. She was a loving grandmother to Olivia, Henry, Vincent Michael, Marissa, and Anthony, and is also survived by two great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass in her honor will take place on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Agnes Church, Arlington. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Eleanor will be laid to rest alongside her husband, Vincent, at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge. In lieu of flowers, donations in Eleanor's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital at Stjude.org. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of George L. Doherty Funeral Service, Somerville, MA.
