Edward W. Robillard, 92, a lifelong Somerville resident, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2023. One of thirteen children, he was the son of the late Joseph and Daisy (Lurtsema) Robillard.

Beloved husband of the late Germaine T. (Gay) and devoted father of Eileen of Somerville and Edward W., Jr. of Londonderry, NH. He is survived by his brother Gene of Stoneham and predeceased by his brothers Clifford, Robert, Lawrence, David, Charles and sisters Jean, Claire Doran, Arlene Anderson, Lorraine Duffy, Alice Halford and Lois McCarthy. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and several cousins.

Edward served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict in Alaska. He was employed by Western Union for 35 years and the City of Somerville Housing Authority.

Calling Hours will be held in the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville on Thursday morning, June 22nd from 9AM-10:30AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Clement Church at 11AM. Relatives and friends invited to attend.

Interment Calvary Cemetery, Winchester.
