Dustin J. Grammer, of Somerville, affectionately known as "Hollywood," passed away on September 19, 2026. He was the cherished husband of Janelle Grammer of Dorchester and a devoted son to the late Daniel and Cynthia Grammer. Dustin was a loving stepfather to Giuliana DeJulio and a caring brother to Danny Grammer, Johnny Olivolo, Crystal Grammer and her husband Kevin Welch, and Stephanie Grammer. He is also remembered fondly by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces.

A gathering to honor Dustin's life will be held at George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway, Somerville, on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, with calling hours from 4:00 to 5:30 PM, followed by a prayer service. Memorial contributions in his name can be made to the Somerville Homeless Coalition.

Dustin was an avid baseball fan, playing for Somerville Little League, he attended the Powder House Community School and Medford High School.
