Dorothy M. (Toner) Collins, passed away on September 28, 2023, she was 97.

Born and raised in Somerville, she was the daughter of Mary J. (Powers) and Christopher B. Toner. She was the beloved wife of the late James J. Collins.

Devoted mother of James R. Collins and his wife Rita, Andrea M. Collins and her husband Owen Richardson all of Pepperell, Richard B. Collins of Somerville, Kevin F. Collins of Medford, Dorothy A. "Dottie" Collins of Woburn and the late Joanne M. Collins. Cherished grandmother of Carl, James and Meg; great-grandmother of Dylan, Liam and Lexee. Dear sister of the late Bernard Toner and Barbara Stephens.

Calling Hours will be held in the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville on Friday morning from 9AM -10:30AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Clement Church at 11AM. Relatives and friends invited to attend.

Interment Will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
