It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Claire Pierre, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who left us peacefully on August 21st, 2025, one day shy of her 75th birthday.
Born on August 22nd, 1950, in Desdunes, Haiti to Mr. and Mrs. Simon Pierre and Viergela Vincent. Claire lived a life marked by love, strength, and sacrifice. She worked tirelessly to provide for her family and dedicated herself to raising her six children with the values of hard work, respect, and compassion, along with her husband of 58 years, Mr. Odige Philippe Theodule. Her greatest joy was her family, and she poured her heart and dedication into guiding and supporting them through every stage of life.
Claire is survived by her beloved children and spouses.

She's survived by her sister Felicite Fenelus. Predeceased by Saint-Yola Simon Pierre, Faveur Simon Pierre, Thelismond Simon Pierre, and Raynold Fenelus. She left 7 grandchildren who were the light of her life: Marc H. Theodule Jr., Odigé Max Theodule, Semyra R. Theodule, Olivia J. Idoubella, Jabari Y. Idoubella, Claire Juliette Louis, and Mia Jacqueline Joseph. She's survived by countless nephews and nieces who have supported her dearly throughout her life. She will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, generosity, her wisdom, her spirited nature, and her ability to bring warmth and comfort to everyone around her.
She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved her.

Calling Hours will be held on Saturday, September 6th in the Holy Bible Baptist Church, 64 College Ave, Somerville from 8:00AM to 9:00AM. Followed by a funeral service at 9:00AM.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
