Carlo D. Zompanti – Of Medford, passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 3, 2025. He was 87 years old.

Born in Somerville, he was the beloved son of the late Carlo and Maria L. (Fiatrone) Zompanti.

Carlo was a man who could fix just about anything. He had a knack for working with his hands and was always willing to lend a hand to a neighbor or friend in need of a repair. Whether it was a leaky faucet or a home project, Carlo was the one people turned to.

When he wasn't tinkering or helping others, you could find Carlo relaxing on the couch, enjoying the Hallmark Movie Channel or listening to country music. He was also a devoted Red Sox fan and never missed a chance to cheer on his favorite team. He also loved to vacation with his beloved family.

Beloved husband of 59 years to the late Virginia A. (Ardito) Zompanti who passed away in August of 2024. Devoted father of Cheryl Zompanti of Medford and Carl J. Zompanti of Medford. Loving brother of Robert Zompanti and his wife Carolyn of Medford. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, August 14th from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. Followed by a prayer service in the funeral home at 12:00PM.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
